Seamless Gutters
- Gutters:
- Material: Seamless Chromadek pre- painted galvanised steel.
- Profile:Ogee 125mm x 100mm x 0.5mm thick
- Coating:Baked enamel paint, full double coat of silicon
modified polyester lacquer, with a minimum of 20 microns on boih sides.
- Colours: Refer to Weather Master "Colours"
on Index.
- Fixing Method: Hung by internal galvanised steel or
aluminium hangers at intervals of 600mm with no joints between corners
and/or stop ends.
- Downpipes:
- Material: Chromadek pre-painted galvanised steel.
- Profile: Rectangular fluted 75x50x0.5mm or 100x75x0.5mm
thick
- Coating: Same as for Gutters.
- Colours: Same as for Gutters
- Fixing Method: Fixed to walls by pre-painted Chromadek
straps..
- Mitres / End Caps:
- Material: Colour coated galvanised steel.
- Fixing Method:Riveted and sealed internally
with Silicon Mastic.
